Attorney with a license in the United States with over 5 years small business experience, 6 years military involvement, and over 4 years of excellent rated teaching at the university level. He operates with passion and persistence and thrives in a Korean / international environment. He is also a member of the Asian Society of Innovation and Policy and has presented at international conferences. Currently, his research interest is on the interdisciplinary relationship between law and innovation, especially how employment law aids the development of regional or national innovation systems.
